Natural Sparkling Wine

It is Turkey’s first naturally sparkling wine produced with the traditional method “Methode Traditionnelle”, which is preferred for the production of high quality sparkling wine. It is produced as white wine from Kalecik Karası, the local grape of Kalecik Region,where Vinkara vineyards are located. (“blanc de noirs”) Yaşasın citrus, it has a rich, intense and quite complex nose with toasty notes. It has a fresh and crunchy feeling in the mouth. It has a long finish with the aroma of raw almonds and grapefruit.

Natural Sparkling Wine

Natural sparkling wine with 13% alcohol, produced by the traditional champagne method (Traditional Method) from Kalecik Karası grapes grown in the Kalecik district. It has a light pink color with elegant and continuous foams. Strawberry, raspberry, and currant aromas are noticeable. On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and long-lasting. It pairs well with starters or light fruity desserts as an aperitif.

Alberello Kalecik Karası

Kalecik Karası took its name from the town Kalecik. Thus it is the gene center of Kalecik Karası variety. Alberello has a unique vineyard system that allows us to obtain high quality concentrated grapes.

Cabernet Sauvignon &
Merlot & Syrah

Vinkara Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot – Syrah is a blended wine of three famous international varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah wines are aged separately for 24 months in French oak barrels before blending. The blend consists of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 15% Syrah.

Narince

Kalecik zone is very suitable zone for cultivation of Narince variety. Cold winter and spring, and with 15-20C° temperature difference between day and night in summer helps the acidity and aroma structure of the wine.

Vinkara Reserve Merlot is Kalecik interpretation of this international variety. Our Vineyards are located in the far-west of the Kızılırmak basin at the North facing hills with an altitude of 620-640 meters. Wine is aged in the French oak barrels for 20 months before bottling.

Vinkara Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is Kalecik interpretation of this international variety. Our Vineyards are located in the far-west of the Kızılırmak basin at the North facing hills with an altitude of 650-690 meters. Wine is aged in the French oak barrels for 20 months before bottling.

Kalecik Karası

Kalecik Karası took its name from the town of Kalecik, making it the genetic center of the Kalecik Karası variety. Our vineyards are located in the far west of the Kızılırmak basin, with Reserve Kalecik Karası parcels situated on the south-facing hills at an altitude of 640-690 meters. This special terroir wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.

Kalecik Karası​

Our wine is a slightly sweet demi-sec red wine made from Kalecik Karası grapes by using passito method; with ruby colour and reflections. It has raspberry, strawberry, mulberry, blackberry, figs, tobacco and smoked meat smell. It is velvety, full-bodied; has a very long and intense finish.

Riesling

Produced from Riesling grapes grown in Parcel 12 of our Kalecik vineyards, this wine showcases the unique synergy between the Kalecik climate, soil, and the Riesling variety. The wine exhibits a straw-yellow color with petrol notes and aromas of green almond, apricot, and lemon. It features intense acidity on the palate, with a medium body and a long finish.

A dry red wine made from Öküzgözü grapes using the ripasso method. The grapes used to make the wine were all harvested from Vinkara’s Kalecik vineyards.

Kalecik Karası​

Produced from the local Kalecik Karası grapes harvested early from Parcel 10 in our Kalecik vineyards, this wine is crafted as a “blanc de noirs.” It presents a straw-yellow color with golden highlights, and offers aromas of flowers, green almond, nectarine, and citrus. With its crisp acidity, it provides a refreshing taste and complexity, making it a suitable companion for a variety of dishes.

A dry white wine made from “Hasandede” grapes has a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. It has notes of mint, laurel, linden, quince, lemon leaves. It has grapefruit and green apple aromas with fresh and harmonic palate.It is aged 6 months with sur lie technique in steel tank.
