It is Turkey’s first naturally sparkling wine produced with the traditional method “Methode Traditionnelle”, which is preferred for the production of high quality sparkling wine. It is produced as white wine from Kalecik Karası, the local grape of Kalecik Region,where Vinkara vineyards are located. (“blanc de noirs”) Yaşasın citrus, it has a rich, intense and quite complex nose with toasty notes. It has a fresh and crunchy feeling in the mouth. It has a long finish with the aroma of raw almonds and grapefruit.
