Yaşasın White

It is Turkey's first naturally sparkling wine produced with the traditional method “Methode Traditionnelle”, which is preferred for the production of high quality sparkling wine. It is produced as white wine from Kalecik Karası, the local grape of Kalecik Region, where Vinkara vineyards are located. (“blanc de noirs”) Yaşas citrus, it has a rich, intense and quite complex nose with toasty notes.

It has a fresh and crunchy feeling in the mouth. It has a long finish with the aroma of raw almonds and grapefruit.

Yaşasın, is the first natural sparkling wine produced in Turkey using the “Traditional Method” (Methode Traditionnelle) a connonly preferred method for the production of top quality sparkling wines worldwide. Yaşasın was produced with Kalecik Karası grapes harvested at Vinkara’s vineyards in the Kalecik region and processed as a white wine (blanc de noirs).
